Simple has come out with a new line of makeup removing that has me currently obsessed. Their micellar line has caused me to put on my nerd cap and research why I love these products so much. Again I can’t stress how much I love these products. In my opinion they are better than the Neutrogena and Equate Beauty ones. I originally bought the water and I can personally tell you that my skin feels great after removing my makeup when I use these products. Whereas the other wipes left my skin dry and I would immediately have to rectify that situation. The only downsize to the wipes in my opinion is that they only come with 24 as opposed to the other brand. SO LET’s GET OUR FRIDAY NERD LESSON ON!
From their website they did go into some ingredients which I will list below:

What is Micelles?
The simplest way to explain it, micelles are aggregates (a form created by several elements) from molecules with charged (polar) and non-charged (non polar) regions. The polar region of the micelle (known as the ionic head) is the outer shell of the micelle that is in contact with water. Micelles are used heavily in industries because they dissolve easily and they can transport non polar substances through liquid substances.
We are most familiar with Micelles forming in soaps. The simplest way to put how they help remove makeup is that the non polar hydrophobic tail of the micelles grips onto the dirt and makeup on our faces while the polar hydrophilic head surrounds the dirt. Once it surrounds the dirt is can be washed or wiped away since it’s soluble in water. Makes sense?
So which makeup remover products do you like the best?
