Hey Loves,

If you have been keeping up with my “comeback” (Thanks So MUCH BTW) then you will have seen the HAUL that I posted recently.  In that haul I showed you guys this foundation and as promised I am here to share my thoughts:

Brand: Sephora Collection

Name: Make No Mistake Foundation and Concealer Stick

Color: 13 Walnut

Coverage: Medium to Full

Finish: Matte

Foundation Consistency: Cream

Price: $20

Brushes Used: ELF Blurring Foundation Brush and Beauty Blender

Primer Used: Matte Porefessional

Powder Used: MUF HD Pressed Powder/ Black Opal Setting Powder

My first impression of this foundation was that it was going to be entirely too light. After blending the cream foundation in with all of my life I realized the color was not as “off” as I thought. I also want to state that in the video the foundation looked way lighter than how it looked in the mirror. I have experience with cream sticks as that seems to be the trend right now. I own the black opal foundation sticks so I decided to give this a try.

I loved the coverage and the fact that I did not need concealer or anything. I will say that I used undereye highlight in the photo above but I also wore it with just the foundation/concealer as my undereye. I do not feel like the foundation is long lasting and luckily there is not advertisement for this either. My t-zone defeated this foundation within the first 3-4 hours of wear.

I plan to keep using the stick but I still like the way my Black Opal foundation sticks feel as opposed to this stick. I should also not that the darker colors after Walnut had a lot of red in their foundation so I couldnt wear any of those due to my fear of looking like an oompaaloompa

Have you guys tried this foundation?

I personally really like the Sephora Collection and I am glad they are continuing to come out with affordable products.
