Today I have decided to share with you guys what I have started doing and that is AdvoCare ONE/80 program which consists of 3 phases. The program, as the name implies will last for 80 days (March 29, 2018) and it is broken down
- 24 day JumpStart (10 – Cleanse Phase; 14 – Max Phase)
- 28 day Optimize
- 28 day Lifestyle
Phase 1 is the 24 day jumpstart which starts with a 10 day cleanse where essentially I am just intaking tons of water and a bunch of fiber. I am on day 2 today and essentially I just feel regular (probably TMI) The first 10 days consists of a specific meal plan (I still get to pick my food but certain quantities) and specific times to take the stuff from the program: (NOTE: I took the descriptions directly from the website but if you want to hear my personal thoughts please watch my video)

I have been trying to remember to kind of “vlog” what I am doing with the program so hopefully after 10 days I will have something for you guys to watch. I have nothing else to really say other then HEY I am starting this program and YES I paid my own coins for this.
