SHIPPING FAQ

We at Melanin Eclectic LLC understand that shipping times and policies can be a bit frustrating so we decided to lay it out for you here. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us: 

Free Shipping Over $60 

- First Class Shipping on all U.S. orders $60 and over AFTER discounts have been added. This should automatically take place but if it does not please notify us so we can fix it for you. DO NOT PLACE THE ORDER BEFORE THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED. 

 

Accidentally Inputted the wrong address

- There will be no refunds or reships if you the wrong address is inputed once the order has shipped. If you contact us before it ships then we will be able to make the change but you are not allowed to make changes once the order has shipped. 

 

Your address is not recognized

- Sometimes USPS or whichever mail service used does not recognize your address and therefore you will receive an email from me (melanineclectic@gmail.com) asking you to verify your email address. We will attempt to contact you 3 times and you have 72 hours to respond. Failure to respond will result in a cancellation of your order and you will have to reorder with the correct address.
